Property for sale in Borden-Carleton

Borden-Carleton is a small community on the southern shore of Prince Edward Island, situated at the foot of the Confederation Bridge.

It’s known as the Gateway to PEI, as most traffic enters the province over the bridge and passes through Borden. Borden has an excellent real estate market; in the summer, many tourists pass through.

Borden boasts a tourist strip mall and Gateway Village, including fast food, souvenirs, crafts, and a government-run tourist information centre.

The community has several gas stations, convenience stores, a police department, and the offices of Strait Pass – the company that operates the Confederation Bridge.
