This is a very unique property in Eastern PEI. 66.3 acres of mixed woodland with land being located on both sides of the Midgell River. There is a private bridge spanning the river. The property has electricity, one bedroom cottage with an outhouse and storage building. the river is suitable for swimming or fishing from the bridge or riverbank.The Midgell River flows into Saint Peter's Bay and then into the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Church Road is located near Greenwich National Park. Charlottetown is a half hours drive and Montague is a fifteen minute drive. This is a private retreat to get away and enjoy nature at it's finest. The Midgell River is one of PEI's few Atlantic salmon bearing streams and has world class trout fishing. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and cranberries grow all over the property. There are three fresh water springs along the eastern bank of the river with excellent cold, fresh water.
