How to work an RSS feed.  First download the reader from the main page.  Just follow the instructions from their site.  Next click on any of the following links that may appeal to you.  Locate the RSS feed button on the page and click on it.  It will ask to add the feed, say yes...your done.  When news gets posted, a pop up from the system tray (bottom right hand side of your screen by the clock) will give you the headline...if you're interested on the article, just click on it.

Please note that other readers are available by searching online. Most major search engines, google, yahoo, msn have their own versions if you would prefer.
